Meet Anita!

Hi there. I am Anita Helm, the brains and heart behind 4 Dōes Productions, LLC. So nice to meet you! I am excited about 2026! I love sharing insights to help people live better lives.

I want to influence young and older adults. My content is suitable for both men and women. I have a sense of humor for topics that are seldom discussed in churches, the workplace, or around the dinner table.

I have a storied past, complete with a loving family, shady characters, lovers, haters, brainiac thinkers, know-it-alls, and loads of people you may already have in your life.

I have experienced roller coaster financial circumstances, but am now on the other side. I know about grief, deceit, love, bullying, body shaming, business, faith, struggles, and living in the overwhelm of it all. What can an Author, Podcast Host, Widow, Business Executive, Speaker and former Student Body President tell you? A lot.

If you haven't gathered, I'm a character. I am an influencer, not because I am so smart, but because I can talk to transform you in a safe space. Whatever you decide about me, know you are the main character of your life! Know that Valleys Build Character. Keep living and write a great script.
